Work package 1: Project Development
Identification of project alternatives to be considered for investment; preparation of feasibility reports
Development of financing models
Conducting negotiations with credit institutions
Tracking of licensing and the legal process on transfer of land, etc.; preparation of relevant contracts

Work package 2: Design Management and Tendering
Starting with structural and electrical designs, preparation of all design documents in accordance with the technical specifications and materials lists and specifications of credit institutions.
Examination of designs as to their compliance with local rules and regulations.
The elaboration of technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (quantity survey, estimation) etc. and preparation of all tender documents.
Managing and documenting the tendering process (construction tendering) according to the rules of credit institutions (World Bank norms, etc.) and receiving the “No Objection” award at completion.

Work package 3: Contract Management and Site Management (Construction Management)
Awarding and signing of contract with the winning tenderer.
Execution (progress payments, claims, correspondence, etc.) of the contract on behalf of the employer (investor)
Inspection and supervision of work at site
Management on behalf of the employer of the temporary and final acceptance and commissioning processes
